We have made this DIY pallet chicken coop from primitive and old aged pallets which were lying idly in our home and we have bought them from some respectable dealers of our village in very affordable and cheap cost which was nothing before this grand and serene hen house. Clean the pallet wood and choose some powerful ones to do an act of base for hen house. We have make cuts with hand saw to fix the horizontal wooden support in between the pallets, then heavy duty and lasting about 2″ inches bolts have been added with nut to make it tight and firm to handle a lot of weight.
You should have a reasonable supply of pallet wood to do it home, we have joined together about 6 big sized pallet boards which for durable base to our chick coop, and all have assembled tight with hexagonal bolts and nuts. We have hinged all the doors with stable and longstanding hardware hinges which also give a smooth flow for opening and closing of doors. An old window from home scrap has been added to door accent for phenomenal visual effects.
You can approach that cabinet and rack fixed up to modernize the working, from back side too to get anything you have placed in. The hens can also lay eggs in them which you can collect easily from there to have a lovely and healthy breakfast.
